Extra toilet downstairs - all bedrooms are upstairs. Two lounges - one off the kitchen with sky TV and one big roomy lounge good for entertaining. This lounge is all set up with the Bed & Breakfast facilities i.e. jug, toaster, fridge, microwave, plates, cutlery, dining table.

All Bed & Breakfast prices include continental breakfast with a cooked breakfast option available ($12pp extra).
